BIM Services
End-to-end digital construction support for architecture, structure and multi-disciplinary coordination.
3D BIM Modeling
We create detailed, intelligent 3D models for architectural, structural and coordinated multi-disciplinary use. Models are developed to the Level of Development (LOD) required for each project stage — from conceptual massing (LOD 100) to fabrication-ready detail (LOD 400) and as-built / FM models (LOD 500).
- Architectural modeling with accurate walls, floors, roofs, openings and finishes
- Structural modeling for concrete, steel and composite systems
- Transformation of 2D drawings into intelligent BIM models
- Custom Revit families and project templates
- Compatible with Revit, Navisworks, IFC and major analysis tools
Clash Coordination
Spatial conflicts between architectural, structural and MEP systems are identified and resolved before they reach the site. We perform hard clash, soft clash and clearance checks using Navisworks and produce clear reports that support efficient coordination meetings.
- Federated model assembly and clash detection
- Issue tracking and resolution status reporting
- Coordination meeting facilitation and visuals
- Reduced RFIs, rework and cost overruns
Scan to BIM
Existing buildings and sites are captured with 3D laser scanning. We convert dense point clouds into intelligent BIM models that accurately reflect as-built conditions — ideal for renovations, retrofits, heritage projects and facility management.
- Point cloud registration and cleanup
- As-built modeling to agreed LOD and accuracy
- Deviation analysis between design and reality
- Reduced site survey time and measurement errors
4D / 5D Construction Simulation
We link the 3D model to the construction schedule (4D) and to cost / quantity data (5D). Project managers can visualize sequencing, identify time and resource conflicts early, and track budget against design alternatives.
- Construction sequencing visualization
- Quantity take-offs and cost integration
- What-if scenario analysis
- Improved stakeholder communication
Structural Engineering Design Support
Complete structural BIM models for concrete, steel and composite structures. We prepare models for analysis in ETABS, STAAD Pro and similar tools, ensure code compliance, and produce fabrication and construction drawings coordinated with architecture and MEP.
- Concrete, steel and composite modeling
- Analysis model preparation
- Optimization for load efficiency and material use
- Coordinated fabrication drawings
Construction Documentation & Estimation
Shop drawings, fabrication drawings, permit sets and as-built documentation are generated directly from coordinated BIM models. We also produce accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates to support budgeting and bidding.
- Shop and fabrication drawings
- Permit and construction drawing sets
- Quantity take-offs from the model
- As-built documentation for handover
Automation & Efficiency
We use Dynamo scripts, Revit plugins and custom tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve consistency and accelerate delivery.
Dynamo Scripts
Custom automation for modeling tasks, data extraction, quality checks and parameter population — reducing manual effort and human error.
Revit Plugins & Tools
Leveraging proven add-ins and internal tools to maintain standards, speed up documentation and enforce project rules.
Quality Gates
Defined checkpoints at modeling, coordination and documentation stages so deliverables meet agreed acceptance criteria.
Frequently Asked Questions
What LOD levels can you deliver?
We routinely deliver models from LOD 100 (conceptual massing) through LOD 500 (verified as-built / facility management). The appropriate level is agreed per element category in the project scope and documented in the BIM Execution Plan. Most construction documentation work sits at LOD 300–350; fabrication-ready packages reach LOD 400.
Which software platforms do you support?
Primary authoring is in Autodesk Revit. Coordination and clash detection use Navisworks. We also work with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Dynamo for automation, ETABS and STAAD Pro for structural analysis model preparation, and deliver IFC / openBIM formats when required for interoperability.
How do you handle client templates and standards?
We adapt to your Revit templates, project standards, naming conventions, family libraries and BIM Execution Plan. Consistency with your existing environment is part of our quality process so models integrate cleanly with your team’s workflows.
What information do you need to start a project?
Typically: current drawings or models, target LOD matrix, software versions, key milestones, and any existing BEP or modeling standards. For Scan-to-BIM we also need site access constraints and accuracy requirements. A short discovery call is usually enough to define the scope.
Do you support ongoing coordination during construction?
Yes. We can maintain federated models, run periodic clash cycles, update as-built information and support RFIs that require model verification throughout the construction phase.
